What happened to Melton? I used to really like the dealership, however the service has gone way down hill. I took my vehicle in due to an issue with adaptive cruse issue, was I used to really like the dealership, however the service has gone way down hill. I took my vehicle in due to an issue with adaptive cruse issue, was given a quote to fix it, and decided to get a second opinion. Second opinion was almost 1/3rd the cost of Melton! Better, it comes with a guarantee. Add to this a week prior they had my wrangler in for an oil change. When it came back, it was spewing oil. When I checked the level, it was way overfilled. I'm not even sure how they managed to overfill it that much, did they not drain it first? Prior to this even my (Year old) Cherokee was in three times to diagnose a bad battery. Not Melton, but Jeep later apologized for the service and reimbursed us for the battery. My mind is blown, honestly. More
