AWESOME service Melton's service department is outstanding! I had an engine light come on, so I took my RAM 1500 to have the oil changed and tires rotated and to have Melton's service department is outstanding! I had an engine light come on, so I took my RAM 1500 to have the oil changed and tires rotated and to have the engine light looked at. It resulted in having the Eco-Diesel engine replaced. They did a great job, particularly Johnny, Jannette and all the runners in the service department. It took a while to get all the parts in, but the work was done professionally and quickly once the parts arrived. The truck runs great now and with a trip to Dallas next week, I should be able to test it on the road next week. More

Awesome group of people I went to Melton after having a very bad experience with another Dodge dealer where I was lured in by lower than average pricing...I know...wasn't so I went to Melton after having a very bad experience with another Dodge dealer where I was lured in by lower than average pricing...I know...wasn't so low after they were finished with their games. After experiencing their stereotypical smarmy sales tactics I ended up walking out and felt the need to go home and take a shower. The next day I went to Melton and had one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They were upfront, straightforward and very, very fair in their pricing....no shower needed. I have learned my lesson and will only buy Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep products from Melton. They will be my one and only stop and they have earned a customer for life.
