But, I gave 5 Stars this time anyway, because of the Service Agent 'Landon's --- ? (don't remember his last name) professionalism and kind courtesy. This is the first time I have seen this young man here, but someone did an exceptionally good job training him, that or his parents. What I appreciated, was that he was not a high-pressured salesman that won't take No for an answer. When I explained my familiarity with filters and such being a mechanic when I was young, he accepted my refusal to replace my air cleaners, without arguing. I did appreciate the opportunity to make a decision regarding the filters, but a previous mechanic, I understand when filters need to be replaced. He accepted my decision with a smile, and continued to monitor my service needs. Per my request, he checked the oil level to make certain the mechanic filled it to the full mark. Need more folks to be like him in all kinds of businesses. More
