Horrible Service We bought a 2009 Dodge Ram pick up as is with an extended warranty. We went in around dusk to buy it, they let us drive it home with a huge chunk of We bought a 2009 Dodge Ram pick up as is with an extended warranty. We went in around dusk to buy it, they let us drive it home with a huge chunk of tread gone on one of the tires. We didn't notice it until the next day. Don't they claim to inspect these vehicles before they put them for sale? They ended up replacing the tire, this was the start of it going from bad to worse. Every time we have had this truck in the shop we have had to return it more than twice for the same problem to be fixed. They can't seem to get it right the first time and really don't seem to care if they do. The last incident my fiancé sat at the dealership for several hours waiting for an alignment (it was supposed to be done with the last service that was done, but wasn't). After wasting our time as usual they said they had aligned it, well because of their subpar performance in the past, we took it directly from Melton to Tate Boys to put it on the machine to check the alignment. GUESS WHAT!!! It wasn't aligned and I paid to have it done there and made them give me the report to show how out of alignment it was. To add insult to injury we used their loaner car program. We got a call two days after returning it saying there was a "scratch". This was completely bogus, but they filed a claim with our insurance company. You have a choice when buying and taking your vehicle in for service, take it ELSEWHERE!! More

Well worth the drive I have been looking at several vehicles at several dealerships this week. I have looked statewide trying to find a vehicle I would be happy with. I arrived at Melton Sales and walked around the lot looking at what they had, plus a vehicle I had seen on Cars.com. I went in, and met with Jeff Williams, the sales person. After going over the vehicle, having a friend look at it with me, I told Jeff that I was interested in the vehicle. We worked out the paperwork, and not much later, I was headed home to Oklahoma City with 2014 Chrysler 300. I am very happy with my purchase. I had asked friends who had dealt with Melton Sales in the past, and they had stated that they had very good dealing with the dealership. I am now another happy customer. More
