Frustrating!!!! My parents went to the service dept. to get a recall done on their Tacoma. They had an APPOINTMENT!!! They are both in their "80's" (with health relat My parents went to the service dept. to get a recall done on their Tacoma. They had an APPOINTMENT!!! They are both in their "80's" (with health related issues) and had driven over an hour to get there. They sat there at the dealership "4 HOURS" waiting for their pickup to be finished, only to then be told that "NOTHING" had been done on their vehicle because the dealership did not have enough parts to fix their truck. WTH!!! Why didn't they call them and tell them, before they drove over an hour (both ways) and waited there for 4 uncomfortable hours!!!!!! I am beyond angry at the very poor customer service of this service department!!!! More
