Service at MBZ Manhattan is a nightmare, if it ever gets done. Knowing that they are under-construction, I actually dropped off my car _early_, days before it's appointment. The day of it's appointment came done. Knowing that they are under-construction, I actually dropped off my car _early_, days before it's appointment. The day of it's appointment came and went, and the car was _never_ taken in for service. On top of that it took many calls to even find out the vehicle's status - MBZ never reached out to me. I finally had to pull the car out of service since I needed it and they hadn't serviced it. This would be much less of a problem if they could at least communicate and say "Oh, we're sorry, we won't be able to service your car for a week. Do you still want to drop it off?". But no. I have been a MBZ owner for many, many, many years and have never been so disappointed. We actually traded in a Tesla because of their service issues, and I'd sad to say that MBZ Manhattan is as bad, if not worse. More
