They kept my car for almost a month for a broken windshield wiper last year. This month, I had a flat tire and they said it would be ready the next day. Of course, it is now two days, and no one has even called me with an update. Furthermore, there was no offer of a loaner car despite the fact that I work at multiple sites in the tri- State area. It is as if they hold your car hostage. I do not understand why I pay such a premium monthly lease fee and do not actually have the car in my possession. Now I have to pay for a rental. I have been with Mercedes since 2009. I bought one car and leased two others including this one. But sadly I must terminate my relationship once my lease is up. The people who manage the service requests seem polite, but are also dismissive and evasive.
