Staff is incredibly rude, are not welcoming and do not care about their customers. They just talk amongst themselves and disregard their customers. Daughter & son-in-law took my car in for its recommended service. I recently moved to the Puyallup area so this was my first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma. They found a brake problem that needed service. I recently moved to the Puyallup area so this was my first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma. They found a brake problem that needed attention which was fixed and the scheduled service was done quickly and the car returned to me in excellent condition. We took a trip to Montana and back during which the car performed perfectly. I had an excellent Mercedes facility in Oregon so I was happy to find another one here in the Puyallup area and appreciated the good work Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma did on my car. More

I drove over 40 miles one way (coming from Bremerton) two days in a row to be told after 4 hours the first day that the windshield was not in then brought it back the second day and called the dealership aft days in a row to be told after 4 hours the first day that the windshield was not in then brought it back the second day and called the dealership after 7 hour wait to be told the windshield was not in. I was not offered any compensation for gas or a car wash. Nothing! Worse service I have ever had. More
