I hope my experience is better next time I visit. I just simply came in for oil change A3 service and upon leaving the dealership and get home ready to go to the store my engine light comes on out of no whe simply came in for oil change A3 service and upon leaving the dealership and get home ready to go to the store my engine light comes on out of no where. Had to drive all the way back in traffic for them to say they can't find anything and clear the light. More

Joseph was very friendly and helpful but the process of rental car took over 1 1/2 hours. I ended up having to return the rental the next morning because I could not get it back by 5pm. It was not convenie rental car took over 1 1/2 hours. I ended up having to return the rental the next morning because I could not get it back by 5pm. It was not convenient. I would have been better off waiting for 3 hours and working from there instead of running back and forth. Also they recommended a brake service which I approved but then they called back and said they did not have time to do it so I have to bring it back another day. Joseph was very apologetic and I felt sorry for him as I was not happy about losing 1/2 of a day of work when I had an appt booked three weeks ago with a loaner/rental. More

My wife took her car for a service & she noticed a huge scratch on the front of the car. She called Mercedes 4x in a week with no call back. This is the second time now that something has happened to our c scratch on the front of the car. She called Mercedes 4x in a week with no call back. This is the second time now that something has happened to our car after a service in Tacoma. Not sure what is going on there. We will always do a walk around before & after the service. We always have had great service there but the last year has been horrible!! More
