When I arrived, there was no record of am appt. The loaner car I had requested was not available at the time from Enterprise. A LYFT was substituted. I was told I needed new tires and I declined. Upon returning to Lakewood I stopped at a tire store for an assessment and was told by the manager my tires were probably good for at least another 10,000 miles. I also own a BMW and in my opinion, the service department at BMW NW is far superior. Monika was very professioan despite my dissatisfaction. More
I want to start by saying I love my GLC 300 and my buying experience there was perfect. However, my service experience was horrible!! I made my appointment a month ago for my 2 year service. I was told it would take 6 hours and was offered a loaner when I made the appointment. I arrived promptly at 9:00, checked in and was told my loaner would be ready in 15 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting I spoke to a person at the counter who said they hadn't even called for the car and now myself and 2 other people were to be shuttled to Enterprise Car rentals! By the time I got to Enterprise and did the necessary paperwork it was almost 2 1/2 hours since my original check in at 9:00!! This is not acceptable!! While I love my car, with this type of service I would sadly not be inclined to buy another. The service department needs to be run like the sales department!! More

Car now has a rattler and dealer is 2hrs away. When we first went to get the car, we didn’t even leave the lot before check engine light returned. Not the best showing. I had used MB of Seattle the Not the best showing. I had used MB of Seattle the last few years, but wanted to avoid the poor/dangerous conditions in SODO district of Seattle, Not the best showing. I had a difficult time getting through to speak to anyone about the status of my car and the amount due. Service rep had apparently left the company and I did not get a call back. My car was there for about ten days. When I picked the car up The invoice was $700 higher than estimated and that was after a military discount. One of the cosmetic things I had done was to replace the shift knob. The foil was coming off and had cut my palm. The replacement was for a newer model and not the correct on for a C32. I'll need to take it back to get the right one installed. More
