I have always been happy and highly satisfied with the services provided by Mercedes Service Managers especially George who has left the Dealership, except this time. I left 3 messages within 2 days but services provided by Mercedes Service Managers especially George who has left the Dealership, except this time. I left 3 messages within 2 days but no acknowledgement of my calls. So I called again. When I picked up my car, there were 2 issues that I found and had to approach them to rectify the problem which should have been corrected if they had made the time to check the car to ensure that everything is functional. The 2 issues were tire pressure light was lit and the left windows would not open. I still would go back because Brandon the General Manager is the BEST of the BEST! Darryl is new but I am certain will get better in time. More
