I originally asked for a loaner. Apparently one was not available. I agreed to a rental car, and was told it would be about 20 minutes. It took almost 2 hours, causing me to miss a meeting. Amanda was very professional and efficient in her service while we were having our vehicle serviced. Originally [the plan was to wait] a quoted amount of time was given for the service, Amanda kept us infor while we were having our vehicle serviced. Originally [the plan was to wait] a quoted amount of time was given for the service, Amanda kept us informed. However, as it turned out a few other items need to be attended to which required more time (the original plan was to wait there) so when informed of the additional time needed we decided - at Amanda's suggestion - to arrange for transportation to take us to and pick us up when our vehicle's was finished at the Tacoma Mall. Wonderful service!! More
A reluctant recommendation. I think the service provided is always good but in this case I was met with some challenges. To start I have an older model Mercedes, 1996. The service was expensive honestly, and not 100% resolved without additional work beyond the original estimate. This is somewhat understandable but I opted out of those repairs as they exceeded the value of the car. The stinger for me is the front hood emblem was missing when I picked up the car. Still trying to figure that portion out with the dealership but I have video evidence of the emblem on the day I dropped it off and have met with a burden of proving it went missing while in the care of Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma. In the end the mechanical expertise of the staff there is excellent. More

Said it’s take about 1.5 to 2 hrs. It come out at 3 hours, and said my car was washing now. One hours later, I asked is it done? They said it is done.
