I assume the mechanical portion of the service was done correctly. Low rating due to communication on pick up Called on date due for time to pick up, left message after message with request for my service correctly. After 5th call requested someone call me back with a pick up time so I could coordinate my ride in by a friend. I was assured the advisor or service manager would call me back within 1/2 hour. No call. Finally the telephone operator put me on hold and when she came back told me the car would be ready around 4. When I came to pick up ,there was a long line with just one person taking payment and answering questions about estimates to clients. All in favor of answering questions but not when there is a line of people waiting to pay and get their cars. I do believe the payment lady was my service advisor. Looks like they need more help as she was really working hard. I would have been fine if someone only called me back. More

Service advisors lack mechanical experience. When I try to reach my service advisor by phone I am unsuccessful and have to leave a message I normally receive a call back from some admin person. Also, I have had to deal with issues being wrong with the car during mechanical work being done andI not finding out about them until I’ve picked up the car. I feel that if a technician that is working on my vehicle finds another problem with it that I should’ve been properly informed so I could’ve make a decision whether or not the vehicle should’ve had the work done on the vehicle.
