I took by Motorhome in for a recall issue and all my tools were stolen and they are giving me the cold shoulder. The manager has been told 2 times now and he still hasn’t gotten back with me. You would think something like that they would be tiring to get to the bottom of this. To me it’s not very good service when something like this happened and no one will call me and find out what they are going to do about it. More
Very poor dealership, their service is horrible. My car ran out of gas and the gas gage said I had 1/2 tank to go. The car was at the dealership for 7 days before I was told they would look at it the next ran out of gas and the gas gage said I had 1/2 tank to go. The car was at the dealership for 7 days before I was told they would look at it the next day. I was informed the gas tank was defective and would cost $4,000 to repair. I already had $2,300 in repair on the fuel system from another dealer. The service rep told me to either take back to that Mercedes dealer or spend $4,000, Oh this cost me @250 dollars for this advice. More

TERRIBLE! I had my car in for service, and they break the car more and charge me for rental car! And took over 1 month. Service rep or the service manager never got back to me about the credit for the rental car more and charge me for rental car! And took over 1 month.
