Took my Sprinter van in on a Monday for a Service A and some warranty work. Everything was done well and I picked it up Friday on time. My concern here was security. This is a very busy place with Sprinter RVs parked everywhere. There is no fence protecting them from the public. The place is closed over the weekend. I've read several credible reports from around the country of people breaking into vans awaiting service and camping out for several days. I was concerned about this enough that I would have picked up my van anyway had it not been ready as promised. I don't know if this has happened a this dealer yet but would feel much more comfortable if the place was fensed in. More

I was at the dealership for nearly 2.5 hours for something that have taken 30 minutes. There was never any attempt of the part of the service rep, the manager of the service department, etc. to hand something that have taken 30 minutes. There was never any attempt of the part of the service rep, the manager of the service department, etc. to handle the matter expeditiously.....they just acted as if, "We'll get things done on our own time....." After I inquired numerous times of the service advisor, I was finally promised my car in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I again let my disappointment be known. She then got the car to me in 3 minutes....as could have been done 40 minutes earlier.....and it was not washed at all. I then approached the service manager and asked what the "shop rate" was for mechanics, etc. I was told $195 per hour. I then asked him, "If your mechanic's time is worth $195 per hour WHAT IS MY TIME WORTH?!?!?" This is the view of your clients that I believe MB MUST keep in mind if you want a positive review from a customer who values his time quite apparently far more than MB recently demonstrated to me!!!!! More

Bad service and overpriced three visits this year kept the car all day for tires and alignment and didn’t finish the job.
