Customer service is terrible!!! I did not get a loner car. Their pick up service was terrible. I waited outside for 3 different Lyft cars till I was picked up!!! The customer service is always good at Mercedes of Tacoma. It was unfortunate it took well over a week to get my car back and I was told they were out of loaners until September. Also unfortunate Tacoma. It was unfortunate it took well over a week to get my car back and I was told they were out of loaners until September. Also unfortunate was the cost to replace the fuel pump. Although it is a Mercedes so I know what to expect with price. I still gave a high rating because the customer service is always great. I don’t ever feel like any extra service is being pushed on me. The price is what it is and like all the other businesses around, Mercedes is in need of employees for some of the positions. Brian was the service advisor and did a good job. I also put Monica on here because she greeted me and is always friendly when I come in (fortunately, not on a frequent basis). Keep up the good work! if your car has Wheel locks, find them before needed..! Parts had everything needed to solve my missing wheel lock issue. They were very nice and fast with my service. It was time for my transmission service but the mechanic had noticed that it had been done before. To my surprise the dealer that i had bought the car from i Az for my transmission service but the mechanic had noticed that it had been done before. To my surprise the dealer that i had bought the car from i Az had done it at 40,000 instead of 60,000 so they didn't have to do it. Thanks Larson Mercedes......... More
