I have nothing but great things to say about the sales side of this dealership. However, the service side has been steadily degrading over the last several years and this week was the final straw, I will side of this dealership. After waiting 6 weeks for my appt for service, they didn't look at my van for another 4 days. Once they finally looked at it, they told me that the A/C was supposed to blow out warm humid air and as such I should come get my van. Furthermore, they used to give appropriate loaners, but now when you drop off a 12 passenger van, they have no qualms about getting you a Lyft to get you home and then keeping your van for multiple weeks. I guess other people have 12 passenger vans because they think they're cool. I have one because I need to haul that many people and not having it for extended periods of time is unacceptable. More
I flew in from NC to WA and I was hoping to get a better price on a used vehicle but was unable to lower the price by much. I did get a quick delivery of the vehicle and some scratches it had in WA were fix price on a used vehicle but was unable to lower the price by much. I did get a quick delivery of the vehicle and some scratches it had in WA were fixed before arriving in NC. Closing the deal with finance took all day so if they can make that process more efficient would be great. Otherwise, I would recommend the dealership. More
I was moving to Tacoma for the summer so I brought my car to Tacoma Mercedes for a warranty repair that I had run out of time for completing in Eugene, OR which is where I bought my car. Eugene set it up at the end of June and contacted Tacoma about the problem and how to get the part. I scheduled my appt. with Tacoma four weeks out - thinking that gave plenty of time to review and learn about the warranty repair/ also prep for my arrival. When I arrived during the last week of July, my advisor assigned to me wasn’t sure without paperwork from me what the problem was. I attempted to show him messages between myself and my advisor in Eugene who heard the rattle with me in the car. This wasn’t enough. I left my car as scheduled and said no worries I have the packet at home and can screenshot you the invoice/ he was also going to call Eugene. Keep in mind since the problem had already been pin pointed and replicated, with the part in it was supposed to be a 24 hour job maybe. I don’t hear from anyone at Tacoma for over 24 hours so I call to check in (car dropped off Mon. AM and it’s now Tuesday). My advisor calls me back a little later and says it’s taking a bit longer, the paperwork for the warranty and describing the problem aren’t as easy as thought. Also the advisor couldn’t get ahold of Eugene. After I get off the phone I call Eugene and talk to the advisor within three minutes. I’m told it will be cleared up and sorry about all this back and forth. Tacoma calls me that evening saying they need the car a little longer and it should be ready Wed. PM or Thurs. AM. It starts to become apparent that the rattle needs to be replicated by them in Tacoma which Eugene put tape on it to stop the rattle since I was driving so far. I mentioned the tape, videos I have of the rattle at multiple times, and a two week log of tracking the rattle. None of that I was told was needed to finish the process. I point blank am told that regardless if the sound is heard or not we will replace the dash piece especially since it’s here and we can’t send it back. Thursday I go for a day hike and receive a voicemail and text saying please call to get update on car. I call and my advisor tells me that they cannot replace this dash piece. They have tried to replicate the rattle in multiple settings, speeds, environments, etc. The next step is I can come in and drive with a tech to see if it can be replicated. They won’t take the tape off since Eugene put it on. Also note: I wasn’t given a loaner car because I didn’t buy the car from them. So I am five days without a car come Friday. I decide to pickup my car and have Eugene fix it when I am back in the Fall. It was EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING to find out that a luxury car company who I would think take pride in their service and customer care, let me down so much. I was flat out lied to. I know warranty claims are “picky” and tedious but this is a vehicle that is supposed to keep me safe. The rattle was very apparent as I drove to Oregon yesterday. Thank you for your time, I suggest a different Mercedes then the one of Tacoma. More

My Service B was very disappointing. My car came back smoking only to be returned for another day of unexpected service.
