First, I would like to apologize for what seemed to be a runaround regarding the rattle in your vehicle. We have seen a few of these over the years and truly do our best to replicate the problem and find a fix. I understand Mercedes-Benz of Eugene put tape on the area where the rattle was identified, but sometimes, there is more to it then we think. I don't want our customers to ever be disappointed about their experience. I completely understand your frustrations and please know, I will look into this. The reason why we couldn't provide you a loaner vehicle is because we reserve those for clients that purchase from us. These vehicles are not provided by Mercedes for us to use, they are from our inventory and we write them down by usage. If I had 100 cars in my Service Loaner fleet right now, I'd still need to double it for the current demand. The intent is never to be an inconvenience and we offer additional services that provide vehicles and we provide two days of paid usage for any client to use them so they have some form of transportation. I have taken many notes on this and will speak with your Advisor. I truly apologize that your experience was not great and I hope you'll stop in in the future to give our team another chance.
