We recently took our Mercedes in for service. Cathy Hodges, our service advisor, greeted and checked us in as we arrived at 1:00 pm after driving for over an hour from our home in Shelton, WA. She inf Hodges, our service advisor, greeted and checked us in as we arrived at 1:00 pm after driving for over an hour from our home in Shelton, WA. She informed us that our car would not be available until 5:00 or 6:00 pm and there were no loaners available which was a problem for us because my wife had a doctor's appointment at 3:00 pm. She could tell we were surprised and disappointed to learn this and said she would see if the dealership could do anything to help us. After only a few minutes, Cathy came back and told us they were able to find a loaner car for us after all. We were so grateful to Cathy for her determination and desire to help us. When we returned to the dealership around 5:00 pm, the repairs to our car were completed and our car was washed and ready for us. Obviously, we were delighted and thanked Cathy for her exceptional and friendly service. More

Service was atrocious. Left Sprinter for repairs to have locks fixed. almost 4 weeks and your service department's response was we are too busy and cannot get to vehicle. This was a Cargo Van in fleet servi locks fixed. almost 4 weeks and your service department's response was we are too busy and cannot get to vehicle. This was a Cargo Van in fleet servicing FedEx. Without working locks, vehicle could not be in service. The level of service provided was pathetic and i am being generous. This directly impacted our decision to order 4 new vehicles (Ford transits) instead of Sprinter. your service department cost MB sales and I will be sure to share my experience with rest of Contractors/Fleet owners. The sales team has been very knowledgeable. But after the sale is complete, there is an extreme lack of interest in customer support. That is Very Frustrating.
