We live a number of miles from this service center. The initial conversation with the service center suggested that this would be a one day event. My husband drove the rig to your center that day and soo initial conversation with the service center suggested that this would be a one day event. My husband drove the rig to your center that day and soon discovered that he would NOT be able to drive it home. I had to come get him. On the day that we were told that we could pick it up after 10:00 we arrived at your shop and found quite a bit of confusion. Our rig was not fixed. So here we were in Fife with no anwers when we could pick up our rig. We waited around until mid afternoon and them we both started calling your center in Fife and I gotta say, your phone system is not going to win you any awards. Jennifer Paulman would not answer her phone and even the main receptionist went to voice mail - over and over. Sheesh. We put in about 300 miles back and forth to get this speed sensor fixed. We're not even sure that was a necessary repair and we will think twice about do any further service with you. Margo Munson More

In the past 10 years I have tried in vain working w/several service advisors...too no avail. The most recent does NOT know power steering fluid from coolant from oil and flat out lied. Appointment wa w/several service advisors...too no avail. The most recent does NOT know power steering fluid from coolant from oil and flat out lied. Appointment was for 7:30am recall check (I guess the dealership opens at 7:40?). No additional work was needed due to some production dates?? At check out I was informed of a power steering leak. I asked to be shown. The service advisor showed me various areas of the engine (clearly does not know the workings). I asked to speak to the mechanic and waited 10 minutes...the service advisor returned and pointed to the area of concern. I asked for the mechanic! Lastly, I asked about car wash...service advisor told me it was not working...I got in the car and drove back there...I noticed wet tire marks on the ground. Then I saw one pulling out and another pulling into car wash. Fyi: it was 11am and 46 degrees. Looking for a new mechanic and buying my parts from Pelican and Arizona Autohaus. More
