Since we purchased the vehicle here it has always been serviced here. This particular visit was for a regular service maintaince,as well as a service campaign Bulletin notice, (and a unrelated service serviced here. Our advisor Brian made it a point of keeping us well- informed [especially so since parts needed to be ordered from Germany] of all work being done. A Great staff-member!!
