The service was great - great customer service. Monica Saechao did a great job taking care of my car maintenance and repair. She was able to get me a loaner even though the lady who made my appointment forgot to request that. I went to the dealership to check on a recall service and I was offered with a multi point vehicle inspection and a car wash. after the car was wash, it was park at the front of the service line for one hour I was offered with a multi point vehicle inspection and a car wash. after the car was wash, it was park at the front of the service line for one hour and a half, during this time nobody approached the car, I was sitting by the shop windows and also have a view of the car at all the time, I didn't see the car coming into the shop at all, wondering how and when the multi point vehicle inspection and the inspection of the sliding sunroof bonding was done, after 2 hour being there the service agent approached to me and told me everything was pretty good, the car it was cleaner than when I arrive, but when I got home, I noticed the door lock button was broke, nobody said nothing or did nothing about it, shame on them. More
