Car dirty after service, metal slivers, other debris and grease. Requested a loaner car, received no advance notice of inability to accommodate or would have made other arrangements or postpone service. Tr grease. The lady that set up my loaner car was great but after i had my Service B done, they took my specialty tire caps off from the passenger side tires. I called twice to leave a message with her since she only had my Service B done, they took my specialty tire caps off from the passenger side tires. The service department, and Jennifer in particular--were wonderful to work with. I had a convoluted Mercedes Sprinter problem--having been stranded and needing to use a non-dealer for a warrantied issue. Th wonderful to work with. While they have provided decent service in the past, on my most recent visit, they refused to modify the radio settings to enable the fader, they also charged me a ridiculous $250 for a standard A service my most recent visit, they refused to modify the radio settings to enable the fader, they also charged me a ridiculous $250 for a standard A service (oil change and lube). But the icing on the cake was that upon getting home, I found they had mangled my license plate mounted on the front of the car (and the service advisor not only failed to mention it - but conveniently backed the car into the service bay, essentially assuring i wouldn't see the damage. Moving on to another dealer. More
