Needs some improvemets First, I took my car for oil change with an advanced appointment. But I was pushed back since they are backloaded. As a result, it took a lot longer than expected. 2nd issue was, I told the gentleman who serviced me initially(since the lady I had appointment were busy with another customer), that I don't need multipoint inspection since I got new battery, windshield wiper, tires installed recently by a local auto mechanic. Buth according to the invoice I got, they did multipoint inspection and charged $299 plus tax minus 10% coupon deal, and told me that there is 3% credit card charge. She said it's not the dealer who is charging. If that's the case, they should have notified me in advance the surcharge, so that I could have brought my checkbook. Overall, I feel like they are very deceptive and I would very cautious in dealing with them in the future. More

They added a new vehicle (2019 GLC 300 used car) on cargurus.com: I called them and spoke to a sales rep requesting for a test drive, she never called back. I called again the next day and spoke to someone else, again she told me that she would get back to me but later some other sale rep (Jason) called me and after discussing some details he told me that he will give me a call to finalise the test drive & price. Within just 1 hour from my call, they increased the price with almost $2400 for that specific car. He called me back and told me that the price has always been the same and that I must be mistaken and confusing it with some other car. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable that a dealership just changes the selling price once they have your interest. They definitely lost me as a customer and also many in my community & colleagues by practicing these kind of unethical sales tricks. More
