Longer wait than quoted, did not clean car, had to call I was quoted that this annual check-up was a 4 hour service...turned out to be over 7 hours. Dropped off at 10:15am and drove out at 5:40pm! I had to call twice to get my rep on the phone and attempted to text as well with no reply when I tried to get an ETA when I hadn't heard anything by 4pm. Then after service got in to find my car unwashed and rugs with no vaccum! All my other service dealers - Mini, Cadillac etc. automatically do that...and I know you have a wash station...so why no service? Not impressed, Deanna More

I called in advance that morning to confirm, and found that Mercedes of Tacoma had my service scheduled for June 9. Nevertheless, Mr. Cerna worked me into the day's schedule.
