Not so good! 1. Charging a 3% credit card fee on our service bill that was never disclosed is a bit beyond belief, plus blaming it on COVID-19. 2. Unbeknownst 1. Unbeknownst to me the vehicle had its oil changed 200 miles before it was brought in for a B service. The oil change receipt was on the car seat, the oil filter being new must have been worth a call to verify. NO RECOGNITION BY DEALER OF RECENT OIL CHANGE !! 3. I only get the car serviced at Mercedes as my wife insists. More

The Service People were very good at following CDC guidelines from the second you enter the building. We liked that because both my husband and I are high risk. We were told over the phone and when we arrived that this service visit would take three hours. We were out in two! Bravo! We have to drive 45 minutes just to get to the dealership. We always schedule an entire day around our service trips. Giving us back an hour on our Saturday, priceless! Thank you! More
