Erik was professional and efficient. Had an issue with a couple of the plastic electric window toggles...even though I was scheduled to come in for service by the scheduler who did not check to see if parts couple of the plastic electric window toggles...even though I was scheduled to come in for service by the scheduler who did not check to see if parts were available (one was; one wasn't)...when I did arrive, Erik found out about part deficiency and we formulated plan to get the work accomplished. A comment about being able to drop off...twice upon arrival the drive to the covered bay has been blocked with vehicles either occupied or empty...while the bay is nearly empty...I've had to either people to move or go find someone...both times no one has been servicing the outside drive. More
