good but Everything seemed in order except I was charged for a gallon of windshield washer fluid, when they in fact, did not add any to the reservoir. Oscar was a very kind advisor. Took my car in for service it needed and was inform it will take about 3 hours. I was offered to wait there or have a shuttle take me home. My husband had his car serviced as w it needed and was inform it will take about 3 hours. I was offered to wait there or have a shuttle take me home. My husband had his car serviced as well and insist in a loaner since he had to work so I just got a ride back home from him. I expect the car to be done before I had to work, so I didn’t bother to push for a loaner since it wasn’t offered either but instead the service took way longer. I took my car in at 8am and I worked at 3pm and the car still was’t ready. Since I wasn’t offered a loaner, they had to send a Lyft to pick me up from my home to the dealership and give me a rental. Just felt like that wasted my time and day where they could of just offered the loaner to begin with so I wouldn’t be late for work and still had to take my child to child care. So my overall experience was ok. More
