Disorganized, conflicting messages, chaotic. I received a text confirming my appointment for 9:30am for a "tire rotation" on 2 Sprinter Vans. I called and left 2 voicemails to check on switching I received a text confirming my appointment for 9:30am for a "tire rotation" on 2 Sprinter Vans. I called and left 2 voicemails to check on switching days and didn't hear back so I texted and was told that they need the vans all day.and offered a loaner vehicle. I was assuming everything was mounted and all they had to do was rotate the tire but told them if they really needed them all day a loaner would work. I was told that they did need them all day and they would have a loaner. When we arrived I was told that they held the bays open as long as they could and had planned to run them through right away and get us out of there but now the bays are full. I was told that they could put us in a loaner vehicle but it needed to be back by 7:30am the next morning. I told them that doesn't work and that there was supposed to be one reserved for me. After being told they would get them in ASAP and waiting for an hour and knowing that the vans hadn't moved I finally told Jennifer that I needed to leave and take one of the vans with me since they didn't have a loaner after all. At that moment the vans drove by heading for the shop so I decided to wait since it was only supposed to take a few minutes. after about 15 minutes a tech showed up at the desk and said they couldn't complete one of them because they didn't have the right lug bolts in stock and would have to order them. At that point they decided to put me in a loaner so I could get bat to work and come back the get the van after they received the parts. the van they gave me was dirty and low on fuel but I was thankful for a ride back to work. The lug bolts were in the next day and I drove down to exchange vans. More

I have owned quite a few Mercedes in the past and I just love the engineering of the vehicle and how they drive and handle. I think that the Mercedes car itself, sells itself and I don’t think that anyone would have to be talked into buying one. It’s the German engineering, quality and design of the vehicle that I love the most. The salesman Jason Ewell and the finance manager Troy were very nice and professional and knowledgeable. There were two other gentlemen that helped me that were very nice also but unfortunately I forgot their names.
