He promptly supplied photos as none were available on carguru. We did not have to wait long for Mr. Lee who gave us a thorough review of the truck and its history. We decided to buy and Chris negotiated fair price, had the truck serviced, the gas tank filled and got us going on the paper work. Andrew Falsetta reviewed the sales agreement with us. Excellent Service My Mercedes Sprinter (2019 Revel) broke down after a rodent chewed through some wires leading to the gas pedal. I had it towed to MB of Tacoma, and I My Mercedes Sprinter (2019 Revel) broke down after a rodent chewed through some wires leading to the gas pedal. I had it towed to MB of Tacoma, and I could not be happier with the professionalism of the Sprinter service team. Jennifer Paulman was my service advisor and she kept me informed of what needed to be done and when the work would be completed. The entire experience was very positive from the MB Roadside Assistance, to the MB of Tacoma Service Team, to the delivery of my van (they even coordinated a Lyft ride to pick me up!!!). I highly recommend the service department at MB of Tacoma. Cheers!!! More
