timely, easy friendly I came in for an air bag recall. From start to finish this service department was easy to work with, They got my repair done in less time than they I came in for an air bag recall. My only complaint might be that I was nervous about where to leave the vehicle while I checked in. I didn't like driving my big RV through the new car lot (!) and not having a clear entrance area or place to leave the vehicle. However, to all worked out ok. And they parked it in a good place and direction for me to be bale to leave after the service was complete. More

Hmm. I usually have the best experience. However, I was given a loaner last minute. Which was not washed or cleaned with 513 miles on it. 50K mile checkup I made thew appointment requesting a 50K mile service, instead I scheduled for different checkup, which was corrected when I checked in. however the I made thew appointment requesting a 50K mile service, instead I scheduled for different checkup, which was corrected when I checked in. however the 50 K mile checkup was 2 hours longer. The service dept did a great job completing the 50K service and i was not kept waiting. I am returning tomorrow 1-30-2020 to complete a service recall that will take 6 hours. Thank you.
