Excellent service Jason, the service writer was very helpful, and since the required service, my vehicle has performed flawlessly. Vehicle has had ongoing issues with diesel emissions system. This has resulted in frequent check engine events and service at four other dealership around the country. I am now hopeful that some resolution may have been accomplished. I have been driving Mercedes for 45 years, but I suspect this will be my last one considering all of these issues. Wouldn’t do known recall repair I drove my Sprinter from Portland to have two recalls done, and the tech said that they visually “didn’t see any issue.” My 2019 van had two known rec I drove my Sprinter from Portland to have two recalls done, and the tech said that they visually “didn’t see any issue.” My 2019 van had two known recalls, one of which was a safety issue where the power steering hoses fall off, dump fluid, and the van loses power steering. These folks wouldn’t do the work. About 200 miles later, the hose was nearly off, so I went to a different dealer, and they did they work. More

Excellent Service Experience This was a replace of the front air bags under recall. They took my vehicle in when I showed up at 8:30 AM. They completed the work on time & washed and vacuumed my vehicle. While I waited I got to enjoy their show room and spacious waiting room equipped with refreshments. A very good experience. More
