In fact he went way above his call of duty when he found my lap top I had left in the lobby by mistake. He kept me informed and didn’t give up the search. Took a year of them rescheduling appointment. And not doing any other services. What was to be a 3 day. Change to 10 days .but actually was 16 total. Then the request for break check. Became an unauthorised brake flush .missing the break pad replacement. Was sent text truck to finally be done on Friday by closing. Due to holiday I would pick up on tuesday. I arrived at 8am. Truck not ready.they sent me home without. Had to return at closing. This is my personal plumbing service vehicle. I lost 2 weeks of work not 3 days! More
