Service department did not promptly return my calls. They did not let me know when work was completed. The car was brought in for a check engine light. Confusing and unprofessional. Not accurately informed on what needs to be done and what is the costs. But when red warning appeared I made an appointment. I disconnected the battery and had aaa brought it to the shop. AAA only spent around 3 minutes to hook the battery and drove out of my garage and loaded to his truck. After I specially told the advisor about tire light indicator that’s been there since I bought a new tire at your shop. At that time After I left the shop I immediately notified Raheem about the problem. Raheem said no problem we will take care of it. Because of personal reason, I was not able to bring it in until now. But now Raheem is gone. And now Jerry said it is too long ago. Before I came to pick up my car, I ask Liz to please check the light. Came to find out she forgot to do that. Even this time, after I left the shop, I called twice to report that the tire light indicator still on. I spoke with Yvonne, then again to Liz, I specifically told her that I am coming back for the light indicator. When I showed up, she sound like she doesn’t know why I am there. Then my car disappeared, then she was asking me if I asked someone to wash my car. It was kind of embarrassing. Like I said it was confusing and unprofessional. After spending $1,700.00 for repairs, I am still driving a Mercedes’ with warning light. The car was not even washed right. Don’t sound right. I will write to the owner and share my experience. More

This is about a factory recall on my 2016 MB Sprinter 3500, "open campaign 2021070007." MB mailed the notice in Aug or Sept, I called for an appointment but first available was 12/22/2022. Then, on 12/ 3500, "open campaign 2021070007." MB mailed the notice in Aug or Sept, I called for an appointment but first available was 12/22/2022. Then, on 12/16 canceled the appointment, I called immediately but the first available was 4/18/2022. Eight months is WAY too long! More
