The Friday before my 4/18 appointment I stopped by the repair shop (first building on the right as you drive on Alexander toward I-5) to confirm my appointment--and parts availability--and the gentleman told me to bring my Sprinter in. When I arrived & gave him the keys, he asked if I was planning to wait or did I have a ride. I told him I had a ride. I had no call on the 18th so called on 4/19 to ask if it was ready, was on hold for a while then was told that the work hadn't been completed and when I asked when it'd be ready was told I'd be called. After receiving no call I drove to the facility on the 20th or 21st and Sandy offered to help. She determined that the work still hadn't been done, gave me her phone #(778-7312) and said she'd call. On 4/22 I called again (@12:05 & 14:51), on the second call I was given a reply: pick it up the next day (Saturday), the keys would be at the dealer's showroom. While the people who processed the paperwork and retrieved the RV from the shop were courteous (as was Sandy), there was no accountability for the actions and delays of those directly handling the recall repairs.
