The Service wasn't done at my appointment. Took my car all day did nothing to it and I was told to come get it because the parts weren't in. Then called back and was informed they actually did have all th all day did nothing to it and I was told to come get it because the parts weren't in. Then called back and was informed they actually did have all the parts and that they don't do those kinds of service's on Saturdays which was when my appointment was I had made the appointment a month prior and had the parts ordered. There was no communication to inform me of any of this. More
Terrible experience. When we arrived for our windshield replacement (the appointment was made about a month in advance), they said they did not have a vendor that day to replace it. So we had to leave the replacement (the appointment was made about a month in advance), they said they did not have a vendor that day to replace it. So we had to leave the car and come back, which was quite a hardship. We were also there for over an hour going back and forth. When I picked up the car, I waited an inordinate amount of time for the service rep. When I told her that I had the windshield coverage from when I bought the car in Bellevue, she said she didn’t know anything about that even though my husband told her it was under warranty when we dropped off the car. Again, it took over an hour for me to just pick up the car. When they brought my car around, instead of bringing it under the covered area given that it was pouring rain out, they just left it out front. There was never so much as even an apology for them dropping the ball several times but rather she expected to be acknowledged for her scrambling to salvage the situation. This was the worst customer service I could have ever imagined and this was the nicest car I’ve ever purchased. In addition, people were walking in and out without masks and no one was saying anything. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I considered even reporting them to the health department. More
Brought my car in for annual service. I had a coolant leak, paid for them to do a test $200. They said they figured out the problem it would cost about $3,500 to fix. I told them I had an extended drivet leak, paid for them to do a test $200. They said they figured out the problem it would cost about $3,500 to fix. I told them I had an extended drivetrain warranty. The inspector could not make it out on that particular day so I took my car home. Attempted to call the dealership numerous times to set up an appointment. Finally got an appointment set up two months after the initial diagnosis. Brought my car in, and they had my car for almost 4 weeks before I received a call about wanting to tear down my engine to diagnose further. From what the inspector told me they were unable to prove to them what they had estimated be the problem, I decided to pick up my car and get a second opinion. After the second series of tests Mercedes claimed to have provided I was out the door for another $460. So I paid Mercedes $700 to tell me what was wrong with my car and how much it's going to cost to fix and if the extended drivetrain warranty is going to cover it. I leave the dealership with no answers and a big hole in my wallet. There's something very shady about this dealership. I am not a happy camper. More
