This is a very friendly dealership. Everyone seems to truely enjoy their job and they want to assure that you are happy with your experience. I tried to buy at the Seattle dealership but the salesperson truely enjoy their job and they want to assure that you are happy with your experience. I tried to buy at the Seattle dealership but the salesperson just wanted to sell me car that was in stock and he put me into the standard “this is how we sell cars” He never listened to what I wanted. The owner of this dealership 2 owners ago was a true jerk. MB was smart to replace him but the new guy while better is not a true MB dealer. The Tacoma guy just got 2 of the Seattle service writers. You really need to fix Seattle! More
It was a very smooth purchase. No complaints! I do like how they give you an estimate of payments before they run your credit. Other dealerships ding your credit 15x. Larson did it once and done! We had warranty work done on our Mercedes Sprinter Winnebago RV (the appointment date was Thursday, October 21 and we picked it up on Saturday, October 30). As far as we are aware the work done was f Winnebago RV (the appointment date was Thursday, October 21 and we picked it up on Saturday, October 30). As far as we are aware the work done was fine. However... On pick-up three things: 1) At the time we picked up the vehicle, it was parked backed-up with the back end into the bushes behind it (see photo). We inspected it on-site and did not find any significant scratches or damage. But, clearly, care was not taken in parking the vehicle. 2) The bigger issue was that at some point it was apparently backed into a tree branch. This did do damage as the branch was poking through the top corner piece of the RV. We have an appointment to have this repaired and expect compensation for that repair. We will forward the invoice to them once we have received it. 3) On Friday before our Saturday pick-up Victoria advised that the key would be left at the Mercedes car dealer. We went in there and asked the reception person for the keys. She called down the Sprinter office and they did not respond. So, we went down to the Sprinter office. They had no idea about the key and called Victoria and got voicemail. We asked them to simply mail us the key as we had another we could use with us to get home. As we were about to drive off, the Sprinter sales rep came out and said that Victoria called back and said she had left the key with the Mercedes auto service department. So, we did FINALLY get the key before our departure. We are very disappointed in the obvious lack of care that was given to our Sprinter RV during the period Mercedes of Tacoma was responsible for its care. We suggest that they review and take account of staff actions and procedures at the dealership. More
Oscar was very nice and tried to accommodate us as well as he could. No complaints on him. However, when we made the appointment we were told by someone else that we would have a loaner car, but upon arriv as he could. No complaints on him. However, when we made the appointment we were told by someone else that we would have a loaner car, but upon arrival that day, we were told that they weren’t doing that anymore. Oscar tried to call enterprise for us but they didn’t have any reasonable vehicles so we waited, despite having prior engagements planned for that time. More
Basically, because you're the only player in town! Everything is a word game with standard answers to any questions. Took two months to get our Sprinter in for an issue that was bothersome- a hiccup where the engine would cutout for a second at about 1700rpm. We didn't know if it was transmission or what. Kept our appointment time, but I believe the rig sat for a day or two while they continued to play catchup. Our Sprinter has been quite reliable so I give Mercedes-Benz credit for building the best van in the world. Otherwise, dealing with dealerships, salesman, or service office types and all their xx is tiresome. I do have respect for the technicians and their skills. And another thing, quit asking me to take your xxxx surveys every week. More
Arnie is an absolute gem - we decided we wanted to buy a car from him, no matter which car that was. And we are very happy with that decision. car from him, no matter which car that was. And we are very happy with that decision. More
