He took my keys and did a tire check and added a little air. When he came back, he asked if I wanted the car washed. No charge, just appeared this is the way they handle all their customers on a day to day level. Kudos. This is what customer service is all about. Dylan made me feel like I always wanted to feel when I bought a Mercedes-Benz. That does not happen at every dealership.
