I was treated well and it appears that the work was done correctly. One issue that is a constant is that the car wash and cleaning is sub-par. My experience with other high-end cars I have owned in Albuquerque, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Connecticut was that the cleaning of the vehicle was near immaculate -- almost to the level of moderate detailing. Even when I bought my car and it was delivered to me, the cleaning was not the level you would expect when a new car is delivered (even for an economy car). I sold cars many, many years ago, and I would have never permitted a car to be delivered to a customer unless it was perfectly cleaned. More
