I have been taking my cars to Porsche of Albuquerque for twelve years. The service department is excellent and I can honestly say that I have never had a single negative experience there. I always wait fo twelve years. The service department is excellent and I can honestly say that I have never had a single negative experience there. I always wait for my cars unless it's something major that requires them to stay there. The waiting area is very pleasant, although they always seem to have cooking shows on the tv. More

Horrible. Little to no moral integrity on doing right by the cusotmer. Blaming others, feigning ignorance. On top of all of this, faulty workmanship and parts. Little to no moral integrity on doing right by the cusotmer. Blaming others, feigning ignorance. On top of all of this, faulty workmanship and parts. We brought our 2016 Spriter 2500 into MB of ABQ in early May 2026 to fix a coolant leak, which they actually did fix. However, we were forced into MB of Hilton Head less than two weeks later due to a rattling noise. MB of HH told us there was a sheared bolt causing the problem and that specific bolt was installed by MB of ABQ (the technician showed us the specific part number and the dealership name on the MB of USA portal). Turns out we had to pay more than twice as much to HH to address the faulty work of ABQ. When we called ABQ about it, they said to open a case with MB USA, which we did. That went nowhere. ABQ blamed previous work at a non-MB shop, which had nothing to do that specific sheared bolt, even though HH told us that ABQ probably over tightened the bolt. This is a long story but suffice to say do not ever expect this dealer (and HH) to adhere to any sort of warranty they supposedly offer and do not ever trust them to do right by you or admit fault. They will not. MB USA is just as a bad. Will never buy another Sprinter. In all, we are out over $7K between the two dealers. We (ignorantly thinking they still cared) sent a detailed letter to both dealerships explaining what happened, what we were told, and what the MB service and parts warranty says, and yes, it was ignored, with no reply. Javier was especially dissapointing because he was very nice in our conversations and at least "pretended" he cared when we called to inquire about the issue afterward, but I suspect he was brow beaten by management to feign ignorance and blame someone else so they wouldn't have to reimburse us. Or maybe it was just all an act. These dealerships DO NOT CARE. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO STAND BY THEIR WORK. More
