I did not work with the Sales Dept or Administration Dept names on the drop down screen below. I delt with Maty who was fantastic! However one of the most unprofessional acts I have ever witnessed was whe names on the drop down screen below. I delt with Maty who was fantastic! However one of the most unprofessional acts I have ever witnessed was when the GM summoned her away from where I was discussing my service visit with her. After walking around for 10 minutes waiting for her return I found her sitting at her desk. After asking her what happened she stated she received a major reprimanded for leaving her desk! Others noticed the scene unfold which luckily I did not. To think one minute I have one of the best service providers in any business to return to someone who is sitting at their desk crying is a travesty! I have gotten 2 Audi A7 and 1 S4 from this dealership in the last 7 years. I ask them to find a 2024 S7 but will be calling the sales person and canceling that search. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership but I will return it for all services like I have all the other cars I have had or have now. More
