My husband waited 5 hours for a navigation update because we needed the car for the next day.. but wait, after 5 hours he gave him a computer gadget to update it at home. It was horrific. Then we had to ask someone else to stop sending us a bill for something they never did. That’s just one instance, another is a horrible lease that turned into a buy and they still had an outstanding lease balance that was supposed to be moved over to the new buy- it never was.
