Do not return phone calls in timely manner. Response took 2 weeks. Had issue after regular maintenance. Tried calling advisor back to schedule an appointment. Has not responded in 3 days. This type of service may be expected at a low end dealer, not a Mercedes dealership. Unsatisfactory. More
