This is the third time that there has been a failure with the SOS system in my vehicle. The computer component for the MMI system was replaced after I had problems with the MMI system including the SOS syst the SOS system in my vehicle. The computer component for the MMI system was replaced after I had problems with the MMI system including the SOS system. I was informed that the SOS system would have to fail twice before that computer component could be replaced. The car is out of warranty on April 30th of 2024. I asked if the SOS component failed after it was out of warranty if it would be covered as there have been ongoing issues. The answer was no. More

Excellent service except for the car cleaning. The windows were smeared and there was grease (from dealership) all over the carpet doormat on the driver's side. I had to wait a couple of months to get my vehicle in for a check engine light, oil change, and warranty work. That was too long to wait so I had to take my vehicle elsewhere for repair. By the time my appointment came around, they did not have the part needed to correct the check engine light problem. I was told the part is indefinitely on back order. It used to be that when I picked up my vehicle after service, it would be so clean inside and out. But not this time or the previous visit. The clock in my vehicle was off by an hour and that was not corrected either. Not that I need that but these are things that used to be done regularly. It seems the quality of work and attention to detail is just not there anymore. I am still waiting for the elusive part to rectify the check engine light that has been on for almost 3 months now. Thank goodness Hans Wittler was able to fix the most concerning part of the issue. Also, several days after I got the car home after the oil change, I noticed it had a significant oil leak.
