I had the worst experience with the service department. I paid 124000 for a gle63s 2021 in March. The brakes were bad and making noise. Brought the vehicle back to service and they try to charge me over 21 I paid 124000 for a gle63s 2021 in March. The brakes were bad and making noise. Brought the vehicle back to service and they try to charge me over 2100 dollars for brakes. The brakes were done back last year with the previous owner. For me they should it change it again under the parts warranty. Well after complaining they cleaned the brake pads and rotors and tried to charge 489 for that job. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Porche service can’t find parts for my taycan my wife and I waited for over 5 months still no parts. I ended up selling the vehicle taking a lost and buying a panamera from Colorado. The fear I have is after paying so much for a vehicle the service department either can’t fix the vehicle or try to up charge the services to you. For vehicles over 150k it should be no service fees More
The service department has improved leaps and bounds over the last few months. I was used to not getting replies on emails and voice mails. Paul is communicative and excellent at getting answers to question the last few months. I was used to not getting replies on emails and voice mails. Paul is communicative and excellent at getting answers to questions I have. He takes the time necessary to make me feel appreciated as an Audi customer. Management also seems to be doing the work necessary to keep up with the demand and take over assisting the service advisors when necessary. More
Great service by Nile at Porsche. I find him to be organized and helpful. He also returns phone calls which is rare. He has helped me in a timely manner getting my CPO fixed.
