I am always very happy with the Service Center. Except One Thing: The Service Center is expensive. Therefore, I just wish the Service Center would vacuum and wash the car after the work is done. Do not return phone calls in timely manner. Response took 2 weeks. Had issue after regular maintenance. Mercedes GLE 350 software update and oil change. 2 days later, tire pressure lights and brake lights came on. Called advisor to ask about these issues. Took 2 weeks to respond. Tried calling advisor back to schedule an appointment. Has not responded in 3 days. This type of service may be expected at a low end dealer, not a Mercedes dealership. Unsatisfactory. More
