Grateful that the Glow Plugs and module were replaced and functioning properly. The poor acceleration issue was not properly diagnosed and the test drive was not 100 percent as reported to me. The poor acceleration issue continued to be a problem until the mass air flow sensor completely went out the following day. That was repaired on a follow up visit and solved the poor acceleration issue. Would a qualified diesel mechanic really diagnose a single failed glow plug to cause poor acceleration while driving? Robert, what do you think? Steve Carvalho did an excellent job of scheduling us in for service. We were "on the road" from Vancouver WA and needed these repairs done so we could get back home without a roadside emergency. We are home now and the Sprinter had no issues while making the 1,400 mile trip. So we are very grateful that all the issues were repaired. More
