Didn’t receive a response on questions I had on two occasions. Unfortunately I got a crack in my windshield shortly after receiving the car and I sent a requested for information on how to get it repai occasions. I had to follow up to make sure it was received and then found out it would be 35 business days until there would be a response from the third party company MB of Alb contracted with to get the windshield replaced. Still waiting for that response. More
The service agent and booking were great. Aside from a 40k maintenance on my sprinter, I had a concern on front bumper sensors being way too sensitive. The agent had no clue if the tech addressed the issue or why he want able to. I insisted to speak with the tech directly and then I got the full story. I think the agent should speak themselves with the tech, so they are knowledgeable about what was done, and why. It’s not enough to read out loud line items on the service receipt. More
