During my maintenace appointment , I was recommended and quoted a price to fix on and off engine light Was told engine needed cleaning due to low air flow. Not an issue. However, I left noticing the backup camera was not working. Went back in and told the service advisor. He said the tech forgot to mention that to him as they noticed the camera wasn't working when they worked on my car. I wasn't told this or any other information at any point during the week Audi had my car. The camera was fine the day I dropped of my car. Add insult to injury, as I got out to the street my car was still making the whistling sound at the stop light. Summary, paid over $3k, 5 days to work on the car, came out worse than before. tWas told to come back when they open after the holiday. More

I purchased a complete set (4) tires for my Audi A6 about 3 weeks ago. The estimate for completion was 3 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't examine the tires until much later. The tires were filthy, unwashed and NONE had valve stem caps! In addition they had not reset the low pressure detectors so the "Low Tire Pressure Warning" kept coming up, even, to the installers' credit, they were correctly inflated. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR THE NEXT DAY NO OFFER OF DISCOUNT FOR THE UNUSUAL DELAY IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE TIRES UNTIL I RAISED THE ISSUE. I was subsequently granted a reasonable discount. More
