I arrived early (7:30am) to take advantage of the Courtesy Shuttle to get to important details for the rest of the day. I was told that Courtesy Shuttle services did not begin until 8:15 a.m.. I stepped inside the main dealership area at 8:00am to grab a cup of coffee and came back outside and the shuttle had already left for its first run. The service agent indicated they looked all over for me. I had just briefly stepped inside, so my sense is that was a lie. I was able to get the next shuttle and the service was completed quickly, but the morning's check-in process left me feeling that I had just experienced homophobia (the agent looked a bit miffed when I had to tell him that the paperwork had my partners name).
