My experience at Audi of Albuquerque on 5/18/23 was unacceptable. Fred told me they could not fix my tire and neither can Discount it would take 7 days to get a tire. It was raining really hard that day and i had to go to discount to pick up my tire heck i had to call to see the status on my car after 4. Fred never bothered to call me or text to tell me how things were progressing. I understand Discount is in the business of selling tires and they told me i needed new tires called to talk to Fred and was told he could not take my call and will call back still have not heard back. I had to go and get a whole new set of tires. I also told Fred i was going out of town and it was like oh well did not offer a loaner. As a matter of fact they never offer loaner cars. This is my second car with them and always have had an awesome experience not this time it was horrible. They do not care. More
