Took a month to get appointment for annual service. Oil change and filter cabin filter usual checks, no issues. Took less than 2 hours including washing. Bill over$700!! Wow, if I could give a ZERO star rating, I would for today’s supposed Service Appointment. First, why are online appointments made available via the website when Service Advisors are not able to access today’s supposed Service Appointment. First, why are online appointments made available via the website when Service Advisors are not able to access that information? I made an appointment online weeks ago, received several text reminders from Mercedes-Benz, and on my arrival 30 minutes early was told that online appointments were neither valid or visible via the Servive Advisor’s computer. I was told I might have to wait ALL day to be fit in to their booked service schedule. WOW, poor poor customer service. I had booked online for a Service A appointment for my 2022 Metris, not complicated, basically a glorified oil and filter change and vehicle check. On my check-out invoice my Metris was identified 3 times as a SPRINTER, not once as a Metris. WOW, poor, poor attention to detail. Finally, after leaving my Metris, I never received a call or text regarding the status of my vehicle after my call to the Service Advisor 5 & 1/2 hours later. When I decided to just come in to check on the status another hour later, I found out my Service Advisor was actually gone for the day due to “illness”. My vehicle was not ready for another several hours, and the paperwork was simply in a stack on my Service Advisor’s desk. No problem taking my credit card though for the inflated price oil and filter change. Beautiful showroom and waiting area, but poor customer service. This is my second Mercedes, it will likely be my last. More
I was traveling through the area and my Sprinter service indicator came up suddenly. Steve was able to get us in the very next day and the service preformed in a half day. My only comment was pricing. I found the cost of a service to be high and service was done that I clearly stipulated I did not want to pay for - example top up the DEF fluid for almost double the price I can buy it. Otherwise, Steve was great and got us on our way as quickly as possible. More
